Welcome to Being Happy Matters, a burnout prevention and self-care training program for busy professionals.

Burnout is a state of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged and excessive stress at work.

Job burnout and mental health are closely intertwined.

Training Sites

Being Happy Matters (BHM) can be taught in-person or virtual in an office setting, lunch and learn, break-out session, conference, meetings, and retreats. Each session is customized to fit the requests of the organization. BMH
